Large rolls of fresh pasta filled with a plethora of beef and spinach, baked in a rich creamy cheese or tomato sauce.
A delightful marriage of pasta shells, fillets of tender haddock and salmon with helpings of tuna, mussels and prawns. All this united in a rich white wine and caper sauce.
Why not try it with a simple tomato and basil sauce (v)...or with ham and mushrooms in a rich tomato sauce or with the traditional bolognaise.
